at Ryton Gardens

A snow covered Ryton Gardens
The
ten acres of Warwickshire gardens managed by leading charity, Garden
Organic, showcase a host of organic gardening techniques including tips
and ideas for the garden all year round – all of which is now free to
see in December and January!
Andy Strachan, Head Gardener at
Ryton Gardens said, "Winter is the ideal time of year to create safe
places for wildlife to nest and hibernate, provide food for birds to
forage, and protect the ground for next year’s precious crops. and we've
got lots of ideas around the grounds to inspire people how to do this."
As
well as picking up tips to take home, visitors to the gardens at
weekends in December can also see real live reindeer, enjoy a children’s
winter garden trail and do some Christmas shopping all at once.
