This factsheet aims to give guidance to anyone wishing to embark on a career in Organic Horticulture. There are many courses and routes to choose. The right one for you depends on your background and experience and what type of job you want to do. Look at the flow diagram below for ideas. Opportunities exist for both school leavers and people looking for a career change later in life. If you have no formal qualifications there are still many courses available that will start you on a career in horticulture.
