Pear midge and leaf blister mite
Pear midge, Contarinia pyrivora and leaf blister mite, Eriophyes pyri are two very common pests of pear trees. The damage they cause can be quite dramatic but correct identification will enable pear tree owners to deal with these problems at an early stage, to limit the loss of fruit.
