Members' only service

You will need your membership number to ensure that you receive a reply. Please also let us have your postal address. It can help to know what part of the country you garden in, and we may need to post you some information.

• Please use the enquiry form in the Member's Area to send us your enquiry.
  You will need your individual login name and password to enter the Members' Area. If you have forgotten your login name and password, you can find them on your new member's letter or subscription reminder.
  
  If you can't find your login details or have lost or do not know your membership number, contact our Membership Department on 024 7630 8210 or email the Membership Secretary

Non Members

If you are not a member, we are unable to answer gardening enquiries, but will be happy to send you factsheets or general information about our organisation.
