How can I leave a legacy to Garden Organic/HDRA?

There are several ways in which you can leave a legacy to us. The first thing to consider is whether or not you already have a will. If you do, and you just wish to make one change by adding a gift to us, then your solicitor can prepare what is known as a codicil. This is a simple way to add a new instruction.

If you do not already have a will, then please see the sections on making a will. It is strongly advised that you seek the help of a solicitor or other professional to ensure that your will is legally binding and meets your requirements.

To leave a gift to us, you need to decide what type of gift you want to make, and how you want to benefit the organisation - for our work generally or for a particular part of it.
