Will I receive a confirmation of my membership payment or donation?
If you make a donation, join as a new member or renew you membership online, you will automatically be sent an order confirmation from Secpay who process our secure payments. You will also receive an email from Garden Organic with the details of your order and, if you have joined as a Garden Organic member, your login name and password to the Garden Organic Member's Area of this website.
Will my credit card details be secure?
Do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery is FREE for anyone with a UK postcode. Transactions from outside the UK have a £6.00 delivery charge added to cover the cost of posting your membership pack.
Can I renew an existing membership online?
Yes. Select the membership categories to renew, proceed to the checkout and enter your existing membership number when prompted. For your security, we do not hold your name and address details on our web site, therefore you will be asked to enter your name and address details alongside your membership number for confirmation purposes.
When will I receive my membership pack?
We will make every effort to dispatch your membership pack, including your membership card, within two working days of receiving your order.
Can I become a member if I live outside the UK?
Yes you can. There is an additional charge of £5.00 to cover the cost of posting your membership pack.
Can I enrol a friend as a Garden Organic/HSL member?
By all means! Membership of Garden Organic and/or HSL would make a lovely gift.
Select the type of membership, take the Pay Now option, select the shipping destination country and enter your details for the invoice address. Then check the box asking if the membership is to be delivered to a different address.
Fill in your friend's address details. Then, in the Gift membership? box, enter the word 'GIFT' plus any message you would like to be enclosed with their membership pack. The membership pack will then be sent to your friend in their name.
Will my details be passed on to any other company?
What if I change my mind about membership?
You have the right to cancel your membership subscription up to 7 working days from the day when your membership pack arrives. You do not need to give us a reason for cancellation.
To cancel your subscription, inform us as soon as possible that you are exercising your right to cancel. Please quote the order reference number that came with your order confirmation email. Then return your membership pack to us, complete with membership card. You will be liable for the cost of returning the pack to us. Your money will be refunded to you within 30 days of receiving notice to cancel.
Any purchases or contracts of any sort do not affect your statutory rights.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
If you have any complaints about any aspect of the work of Garden Organic or the service you have received, please email email@example.com.
In the event that you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We shall acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim provide a resolution to the complaint, to your satisfaction, within 10 days. ( we will normally respond by return and often will also manage to resolve the matter at this time). In any event we will keep you informed of progress until the matter is fully resolved
