- To answer your question, a major inter-disciplinary study was conducted on the Prince of Wales's Duchy Home Farm by the Government's three research councils - Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), Natural Environment Research Council (NERC).

- Looking at a study into Organic V's Non-organic, the production and retail of our food and how it has changed in the last 25 years in responce to market demand.

- HDRA has done some research on the development of the organic veg market. If you look in the research section of this website and the Organic Vegetable Market Study there are some interesting reports.
