Field scale production of potatoes and onions is sold through packers to supermarkets.

Prior to 2005, vegetables were predominantly sold through a box scheme managed on site. This scheme rapidly expanded from around 75 to 800 boxes and produce for this often had to be sourced elsewhere. The box scheme was taken over in 2005 and is no longer supplied by Ashlyns.


Now vegetables are mainly sold through farm shops: One located on the main Ashlyns site and another two located within 20 miles of the farm near Braintree, Essex and near Ware, Hertfordshire. All three shops stock a wide range of products and include customer caf
