Enterprises: 160 ha (395 ac) vegetables (primarily brassica
Prior land use: staged conversion beginning in 1997, was previously arable land with some field vegetables and a dairy unit
Weeding equipment: two Steketee hoes, brush weeder, Lillingston rolling cultivator, side hoe purpose built for carrots, gas burner, flat bed weeder, Opico harrow, spring tine harrow, flail topper, hand hoes and hand held gas burner
Business: on the whole farm 2 full time managers, 5 full time staff, 1 owner part time, 1 secretary, contractors and 60-70 casuals
Marketing: mainly supermarket sales for the vegetables, cereals going into the general organic market
