Weed Views

This part of the website has been developed to share views on weeds and weed management in organic farming. The ideas and views have largely arisen as result of our on-going weed management project and many documents relating to the project can also be found in this part of the site.

You can read more about the general approach being taken by the project and get a summary of work progress to date by clicking on the links.

Our work on weeds and weed management has largely been driven by the views of those participating in the project. Forums in which we have collected those views include:

  1. stakeholder workshops which gave people a chance to air views about weeds and weed management
  2. Focus group activities which elaborated and developed themes that arose from the stakeholder meetings
  3. meetings, open days and field walks, many of which were organised by the project.
