I am fascinated by the theory of biodynamics, as seen in your new demonstration garden at Ryton. I want to try this for myself - when should I sow leafy vegetables such as lettuces, spinach and cabbages?

Although we have a biodynamic demonstration garden at Garden Organic Ryton, our advisors are not biodynamically trained and can not answer specific questions such as this.
