Avon Organic Group - Making room for wildlife - talk by Rupert Higgins

The Station, Silver Street, Bristol BS1 2AG
Thursday, 23 November 2017 -
7:00pm to 9:00pm

Join Avon Organic Group on the 23rd November for their next talk by Rupert Higgins, Making room for wildlife.

Rupert is a freelance ecologist who has been studying the wildlife of Bristol for more than 30 years, and a past Vice-Chair of Avon Wildlife Trust.

Many of his observations come from his own garden, but he also explores the woods, heaths, rubbish tips and pavements of our city. Much wildlife thrives in our city, and much more just manages to cling on.

The changes over the years have been startling, and more can be expected. There is much that we can all do to encourage urban wildlife and we will be able to discuss the best ways in which we can help.

The meeting will be held at The Station (the old fire station) on Silver St Bristol BS1 2AG, in the Dance Studio on the 2nd Floor.
