Course overview
Spring into growing with the first in the new series of organic growing courses! This course gives an overview of what to do in spring, including:  planning what to grow, seed sowing and plant raising, soil preparation, composting, common pests and diseases (to look out for) and wildlife needs.
This is an ideal course for anybody new to growing that needs guidance of what to do at this time of year. It will also provide useful tips for more experienced gardeners who are looking to move to more sustainable growing.
This course will include a practical activity so you can take something away with you to get started. The other courses in this series will include ‘Summer in your organic garden’ and ‘Autumn/Winter in your organic garden’.
