Thyme To Be growing session for family carers - September

Ryton Organic Gardens
Wednesday, 6 September 2017 -
11:00am to 3:00pm

Do you look after a relative, friend or neighbour who could not manage alone due to illness, disability, mental health needs or old age?

Garden Organic is offering family carers in Coventry and Warwickshire an opportunity to meet like-minded people, garden and learn new skills together in the relaxing surroundings of Ryton Organic Gardens.

Throughout 2017 we are running growing sessions for local carers. Sessions will vary each time but will include practical growing activities such as propagating plants and sowing seeds. The days will be flexible so you can drop in at any time or stay all day, and you can attend as many or as few as you like.

Refreshments will be provided, and transport and replacement care are available from Carers Trust Heart of England (limited availability).

In addition to this date, further sessions will be run on 22nd March, 25th April, 16th May, 14th June, 11th July and 8th August.
