After a hugely busy April and May, I always feel we have reached slightly calmer waters when June kicks in. After eight weeks of seedlings, baby plants, propagators and hardening off, the plants that I have raised from seed are pretty much all in their final growing space now and it's time to nurture them into tasty organic grub.
