Garden Organic is looking for an experienced membership professional to lead the charity’s membership team. The charity currently has 20,000 members and as Membership Manager, you will take the lead on nurturing and growing this base by seeking ways to develop and improve the service we offer whilst maintaining our high existing member retention levels.

Responsible for the line management of three membership officers, you will inspire and support your team, helping to individuals to develop and grow within their role and leading by example. You will have excellent attention to detail, with a keen interest in reporting and analytics to support decision-making based on facts and trends.

You will also play a key role within the wider organisation, liaising with teams across the charity and ensuring that all cross-overs and joint working is executed seamlessly both for the members and your colleagues.
