We’d be delighted to see you at our 39th Annual General Meeting, which is taking place online between 6pm-8pm on Thursday 22 October 2026, followed by a gardening question panel.

Agenda

1. Introduction and welcome from the Chair of Trustees.
2. Apologies.
3. Approval of minutes of the 38th Annual General Meeting, held on 4 September 2025. Available on our website from Tuesday 22 September.
4. Presentation of the 2025/26 Annual Report on Garden Organic's activities by the Chief Executive.
5. Presentation of the consolidated financial statements 2025/26: to receive the reports of the Board and its auditors for the year ended 31 March 2026, available on our website from Tuesday 22 September.
6. Adoption of the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements 2025/26.
7. Appointment of Auditors 2026/27: to authorise members of the Board to appoint auditors and to fix their remuneration.
8. Election of Board Members: to confirm elections to the vacancies of the Garden Organic Board of Trustees.
9. Confirm the date for the 2027 Annual General Meeting (TBC).
