The Organic Gardening podcast is shortlisted for Podcast of the Year!

The Organic Gardening podcast has been shortlisted for podcast of the year, by the Gardening Media Guild.  Up against serious contenders such as the BBC, our own Garden Organic podcast swept the judges away. They praised presenters Chris Collins and Sarah Brown for their easy but informative chat, and the range of subjects covered.

“I’m thrilled,” says Chris. “Podcasts are a new area for GO to get involved in, and the medium couldn’t be better for spreading the organic message to a new audience.  To be shortlisted amongst the great and good in the horticultural world is a HUGE achievement!”

December’s podcast explores how to make your Christmas a bit more green and sustainable, and we get tempted by some of the best of the year’s gardening books.  We also talk about houseplants.  Can you grow them organically?  We are joined by Jane Perrone, house plant expert and one of the country’s best known gardening journalists.

You can download The Organic Gardening Podcast via the usual platforms:  Apple or Google podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher etc.  Or listen to it here
