Why we save Yings Lablab 🔗

Lablab is a favourite vegetable in the tropics as it can stand a range of conditions from drought to poor or contaminated soil. Mr Ying carefully developed his heirloom to grow in the more temperate climate of his West Midlands vegtable plot and is a great example of how plants have been bred and selected to grow in UK growing conditions.
