Fircroft College of Adult Education is a calm, supportive residential college, and also a charity, based on the Bristol Road in Selly Oak, Birmingham. Situated in a building that was once the family home of George Cadbury Jnr. the college is enhanced by 6 acres of grounds.

Courses cover areas including Access to Higher Education; English, Maths & IT; Personal & Social Development; Working & Volunteering with People; and Sustainable Thinking & Action.
The gardens are managed through a range of organic and regenerative gardening principles, and is part of a circular economy within the college where food is grown for the kitchens and all food and green waste is processed on site.
Courses such as the Mother Garden Bootcamp and Cross Pollinator course enable students to learn about and be involved in the development and management of a variety of garden spaces, including forest gardens, orchards, permaculture, and annual and perennial food growing.
